KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan men's soccer junior forward has been named a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American Second Team selection.
The biomedical sciences major rocks a perfect 4.0 GPA. Melaragni also earned First Team All-Mid-American Conference and Second Team All-North Region selections this season after racking up career highs in all major offensive categories. He led the team in points with 16, goals with six and assists with four. The Rochester, Mich., native was an extremely efficient scorer on the season scoring his six goals on just 17 shots on goal this season.
Melaragni started in 10 of the 11 games on the season, helping the Broncos go 7-3-1.
