KALAMAZOO, MI -- Western Michigan has a tough task ahead Friday as they host Toledo for an opportunity to play in the Mid-American Conference Championship game on Dec. 2.
The Broncos (11-0, 7-0 in the MAC) will likely have their hands full with the Rockets (9-2, 6-1 in the MAC) as their offense and defensive units match up well.
Western Michigan is on a historic run this season, registering their best record in school history while ranked No. 14 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll and No. 21 in the Football Playoff Committee rankings.
The Broncos need to win Friday to advance to the MAC Championship game to meet Ohio.
