Lauren Sinacola named WMU women's soccer head coach

KALAMAZOO -- The Western Michigan Division of Intercollegiate Athletics and Director of Athletics Kathy Beauregard are proud to announce the hiring of Lauren Sinacola to the position of head women's soccer coach on Tuesday afternoon.

Sinacola served as an assistant at WMU for three seasons.

Sinacola takes the helm after spending three seasons as assistant coach for the team under former head coach Nate Norman.

"We are very excited to have Coach Sinacola stay at Western Michigan," said Beauregard. "She has had a hand in building a tremendous culture that breeds winning and sportsmanship on the field and academic excellence and citizenship off the field.
