KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Max Landis made a 3-pointer with 14 seconds left in overtime and IPFW beat Western Michigan 89-86 on Tuesday night.
Thomas Wilder converted a 3-point play to give Western Michigan an 86-84 lead with two minutes remaining in overtime. John Konchar made a layup to pull the Mastodons to an 86-all tie.
Tucker Haymond missed a layup for the Broncos and Konchar grabbed the board. Mo Evans missed a layup for IPFW, but Racine Talla pulled in the offensive rebound to set up Landis' game winner.
