CLEVELAND, Ohio- Western Michigan junior running back Jarvion Franklin was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Offensive Player of the Week. Franklin helped lead the Broncos to their first win over West rival Northern Illinois since 2008 this past Saturday, as WMU defeated the Huskies 45-30.
