KENT, Ohio – The Western Michigan track and field team wrapped up the final day of competition at Kent State's Doug Raymond National Qualifier on Saturday.
The Broncos combined for six finishes in the top 10 on the day. The highest finish came in the mile run with senior Annalise James taking third place after running 5:08.44. She was followed by fifth-year senior Rebecca McNamee, who took fourth place with a time of 5:10.05.
Over in the 60-meter hurdles, sophomore Ahvon Mitchell ran a time of 8.79 seconds to finish in fifth place, with classmate Grace Johnson running an 8.
