The Broncos will end the regular season against the Miami RedHawks in a home-and-home series. Western Michigan hockey will host the RedHawks Friday for senior night and will travel to Oxford, Ohio Sunday to end the regular season.
Western Michigan comes into the last series of the year with an overall record of 8-11-3 and are in fifth place in the NCHC with 27 points. The Broncos are getting hot at the right time at 3-1 in its last four games that featured a sweep against top-ranked Minnesota Duluth.
