KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan hockey team announced its non-conference schedule for the 2023-24 season, with the Broncos playing six of those 10 games at Lawson Arena.
The Broncos played 12 non-conference games last season, outscoring opponents by a margin of 58-31. They earned a record of 8-4 against non-NCHC opponents during the 2022-23 regular season.
WMU will open the season with a pair of games against Ferris State. WMU will play in Big Rapids on Friday, Oct. 13 and return home to host the Bulldogs at Lawson the following day. From there, the Broncos will have a two-game set against Bowling Green.
