KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The National Collegiate Hockey Conference announced the addition of 62 players to the league's Academic All-Coference Team, including six Broncos.
Alex Bump, Sam Colangelo, Cole Crusberg-Roseen, Owen Michaels, Ean Somoza and Garrett Szydlowski were the WMU additions, bringing the team total up to 22 for the season. Of those 22 players, 14 were Distinguished Scholar Athletes.
Bump finished his rookie campaign with a 3.11 GPA in sport management. On the ice, he was named to the NCHC All-Rookie Team and finished the season with 36 points on 14 goals and 22 assists.
