HILLSDALE, Mich. – Western Michigan senior Brittney Hall ran the second-fastest time in school history to take first place in the 10,000-meter run as the Bronco Track & Field team closed out action at the Hillsdale College GINA Relays on Friday night.
Hall ran a time of 34:55.17 to take the race, outlasting Laurel Moyer from Lock Have by just over six seconds. The victory was also her second of the season, also winning the 5,000-meter run back on March 27 at the ADIDAS Winthrop Invitational.
Fellow senior Juliane Sormain nearly pick up a win in the 800-meter run, but was edged out by the unattached Emily Pedzinski by .
