KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan gymnastics team will make its final push towards the postseason on Saturday as it competes at the MAC Championships in Muncie, Ind. The Broncos are coming off a week in which they set three of the top-six scores in program history.
Last Friday Western Michigan had its best single event since 2004, scoring a 49.200 on the floor against No. 15 Missouri. Rachael Underwood led the Broncos in that event with a 9.875. Anna Corbett, who was named All-MAC Second-Team this week, posted the second-highest all-around total in program history with a 39.
