JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- After shooting a combined opening round of 313 the Western Michigan golf team sits tied for first after day one of the Bulldog Florida Invitational at Windsor Parke Golf Course on Wednesday.
The Broncos were led by Claire Hernandez and Taylor Arenson, who both shot opening rounds of 76 and currently sit tied for third. Chloe Lawrie shot an 80 and is tied for 17th, with Kaitlyn Watkins right behind her with an 81. Julia Champion rounded out WMU's squad on the day with an 82.
