CARMEL, Ind. – The Western Michigan golf team moved up two places to finish in fourth at the IUPUI Lady Jaguar Invitational at Plum Creek Golf Club on Sunday.
The Broncos shot a 314 to improve their position and finish with a 36-hole total of 623 (+47). WMU finished just four shots behind Eastern Michigan and six shots from second-place Cleveland State. The host Jaguars won the tournament with a 611 (+26).
Freshman Mega Vallabhaneni was WMU's top individual, finishing in a tie for seventh place with a 36-hole total of 151 (+7). She finished just three shots from the four-way tie for first place.
