LAKEWOOD RANCE, Fla. – The Western Michigan golf team is set to resume its season as it travels to Lakewood Ranch, Fla., for the annual Mid-American Match Play Challenge, hosted by Bowling Green, at the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club on Monday and Tuesday.
Seventh-seeded WMU opens play against Morehead State early Monday morning. If the Broncos win, they will take on Northern Illinois on Monday afternoon.
The Broncos have not competed since the Lady Blue Hen Invitational at Delaware back on Oct. 20-21.
"Coming off winter break, it always takes a few days to get back into the swing of indoor practices again," said head coach Elise Swartout-Mosher.
