'EWA BEACH, HAWAII – The Western Michigan golf team has made the trek all the way out to Hawaii to compete in the 2023 Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational, hosted by Hawaii, at Hoakalei Country Club on Monday and Tuesday.
The Broncos will compete against the Rainbow Warriors, along with Long Beach State, Georgetown, Sacramento State, Towson, Rollins College, UNC-Wilmington, Middle Tennessee, Montana State and Osaka Gakuin, a Japanese University.
The teams will play 36 holes to open on Monday and finish with 18 holes on Tuesday. The course measures out to 6,123 yards and plays as a par 72.
