KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- After a brief break the Western Michigan golf team is back in action beginning on Sunday at the 23rd annual John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate hosted by Georgia State at Eagle's Landing Country Club.
Practice rounds for the Broncos, the fifth-highest ranked team in the field, being on Saturday afternoon. WMU will battle hosts GSU, Appalachian State, Brown, Cal State Fulerton, Mid-American Conference rivals Central Michigan, Eastern Kentucky, Elon, Florida Golf Coast, Illinois State, Southern Alabama, UAB, UL Monroe, Western Carolina and Western Kentucky in the 15-team field. Eagle's Landing is a par 72 and measures in at 6,033 yards.
