WMU shot just 44% from the field in the contest. That percentage was saved by a hot fourth quarter. In the final period the Broncos shot a blistering 82%. The team also knocked down four out of five of its threes in the quarter. The first quarter was as close to opposite of the fourth as you can get as far as shooting splits go. WMU shot a mere 12% in the first while going 20% from three.
Kaitlyn Zarycki and Maggie Stutelberg both put up 16 points to lead the Brown and Gold. Zarycki also had nine rebounds to lead the team.
