TOLEDO, OH – Western Michigan’s 2017 regular season didn’t stack up to its undefeated 2016 campaign, but for all the bad breaks and injuries the Broncos have endured this season, they still stayed close in the fourth quarter.
That wasn’t the case Friday against Toledo, as the Rockets ran away with a 37-10 home win to capture the MAC West title.
The Broncos finish the regular season 6-6 overall (4-4 MAC), and now they’ll wait until Sunday, Dec. 3 to see if they’ll be heading to a bowl game.
