KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Mid-American Conference announced its specialty awards for the indoor track and field season, with Western Michigan's Sandra Ferrari, Mabinty Kebe and Kayla Schiera earning All-MAC honors. This is the first time since 2019 that the Broncos have had three or more All-MAC honorees in one season.
Ferrari was the Broncos' lone representative on the All-MAC First Team after she won the 60-meter hurdles at the MAC Championships. Her time of 8.44 was more than a tenth of a second faster than second place. She earned 10 points for the Broncos in the event.
