KALAMAZOO, MI — Former University of Michigan and NFL standout Desmond Howard told reporters Friday that when it comes to the College Football Playoff rankings, "be careful what you ask for."
Howard and fellow ESPN football analysts Reese Davis and David Pollack spoke Friday afternoon near the "College GameDay" set on the campus of Western Michigan University.
Howard was asked about Boise State's jump of Western Michigan (from No. 22 last week to No. 20 while Western remained at No. 21) and agreed the team from Kalamazoo deserved a little more credit than they were getting.
