Western Michigan men's soccer senior midfielder, Eric Conerty has been named to the CollegeSoccerNews.com and TopDrawerSoccer Men's National Team of the Week.
Conerty was instrumental in WMU's win over Northern Illinois last Friday, scoring and adding an assist. The helper was his third in the last two games. Against NIU, he sent a rocket into the back of the net from 30 yards out to score what proved to be the game-winning goal in the 3-0 MAC-opening win over the Huskies. He also provided the assist off of a corner kick on defender Daniel Nimick's goal.
