KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Sophomore quarterback Kaleb Eleby was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, his second recognition this season. Eleby piled up 307 passing yards on 15-of-22 through the air with three touchdowns, and added a 25-yard rushing score as Western Michigan delivered a 64-31 victory over Kent State on Homecoming at Waldo Stadium.
Eleby had a 27-yard strike to Skyy Moore and a 68-yard score to Jaylen Hall in the opening quarter. He then added another touchdown connection with Moore for 26-yards early in the third.
