MOUNT PLEASANT, MI - The Victory Cannon is heading back to Central Michigan's Indoor Athletic Complex.
But not before a stop at the home of head coach John Bonamego. In a photo posted to Twitter by Bonamego's wife Paulette, the third-year coach can be seen tucked in and sleeping in bed with The Victory Cannon. Several comical hashtags accompanied the post.

The trophy has been awarded to the winner of the Central Michigan-Western Michigan football game since 2008.
