Dave Dombrowski played football at Cornell before transferring to Western Michigan University where he was cut during his open try-out for the Western Michigan baseball team.
This month, he will not only continue to celebrate his second World Series win, but an American League Most Valuable Player award as well. The Boston Red Sox won the World Series and Red Sox right fielder Mookie Betts is officially the AL MVP. At the helm of it all is President of Baseball Operations, Dombrowski.
“It’s the best feeling you can professionally have, you can’t even put it into emotions,” Dombrowski said on winning a World Series.
