CLEVELAND – For the second consecutive week, Western Michigan seniors Logan Case and Keona Salesman have been named the MAC West Setter and Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Case was instrumental in all four wins last week for the Broncos as they improved to 7-0 on the season. She handed out 156 assists (11.14/set) to help fuel a Western Michigan attack which hit .270 for the week. Case also added 31 digs (2.21/set) in the four matches. The Maineville, Ohio, native was named to the UIC Invitational All-Tournament Team over the weekend, helping WMU hit over .
