The college hoops season is back in full swing as Western Michigan hosts the University of Michigan’s women’s basketball team on Thursday, Nov. 15, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. at the University Arena.
The Broncos look to avoid their first losing streak of the season after suffering their first loss against New Mexico State on Sunday, 66-54. WMU held a 12-point lead in the first quarter before Aggies outscored WMU 59-35 through the rest of the game.
While the Broncos were picked to finish last in the MAC West after losing sophomore guard Jordan Walker to an ACL injury and forward Breanna Mobley to a medical redshirt, they will have an opportunity to give themselves some early momentum on Thursday.
