HAMILTON, N.Y. – After winning in an 11-goal thriller on Friday night, the 11th-ranked Western Michigan Hockey team responded with a three-goal thriller on Saturday night in a 2-1 overtime win at Colgate.
Brandon Bussi made his 18th save of the night just seconds into overtime and the puck got punched out into the circle. Ethen Frank won the race to it and a two-on-zero rush with Ronnie Attard. Frank passed it to Attard on the right and then last night's hero dished it back to Frank for the tap-in goal and game-winner just 24 seconds into overtime.
