Broncos Stumble at Miami, 4-3

OXFORD, Ohio – The Western Michigan women's tennis team dropped a tight match at Miami, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon.

The RedHawks won the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 1. Emilia Valentinsson and Sara Zalukar blanked Kaitlyn Rogosch and Ariane Souligny, 6-0, to take the early advantage. MU clinched the point with a win at No. 1 by Catherine Slowek and Laura Rico, 6-1, over WMU's Lindsey Zieglar and Valeriya Monko.

The Broncos responded with wins at No. 6 and No. 5 in singles to take a 2-1 lead.
