Junior Josh Davis led all scorers finishing with 13 points. Sophomore Brandon Johnson scored in double-digits for the sixteenth time this season, he had 10 points and snatched six rebounds. Wilder also contributed nine points.
Seniors Drake Lamont and Thomas Wilder were honored at center court surrounded by family for their contributions and accomplishments during their time as Broncos. Both seniors have a combined 192 starts between them and have never missed a single game. Wilder an NBA hopeful, is just 12 points away from becoming the second all-time leading scorer in Western Michigan men’s basketball history.
“It was emotional,” Wilder said in regard to his last home game in Kalamazoo.
