KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's tennis team improved to 10-0 on the season and 2-0 in Mid-American Conference play after defeating Bowling Green, 4-3, at the West Hills Athletic Club on Sunday afternoon.
Both of WMU's wins in conference play have been tight ones, with the team also defeating Miami 4-3 on Friday.
"This was another gritty performance by this group," said head coach Ryan Tomlinson. "Winning the doubles point is always huge moving into singles and we did a nice job of gaining that momentum today."
The Broncos started off with a win in doubles by junior Femke Tjon-A-Joe and freshman Ana Guadiana at No.
