Broncos split crucial series against Minnesota Duluth

Game one saw a high scoring first period. The Broncos got on the bird first on a power play goal by junior forward Aidan Muir. The power play goal is Muir’s first goal on the season, sophomore forward Matheson Iacopelli and junior forward Fredrick Tiffels were rewarded the assists.

The Bulldogs however came back strong to score three unanswered goals. Senior forward Alex Iafallo tied the game up after a fight for the puck in the left circle with sophomore forward Griffin Molino. Freshman forward Joey Anderson added the second goal on a wide open shot from the right circle to give the Bulldogs the lead.
