KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan Division of Intercollegiate Athletics and the WMU Hall of Fame Committee enshrined six new members into the school's Athletics Hall of Fame on Friday evening at a ceremony in the Fetzer Center. The class includes Shawn Faulkner (football), David Gennero (men's tennis), Frederika Girsang (women's tennis), Bill Horn (hockey), Shaylen Jackson (volleyball) and Jeff Zylstra (Men's Track & Field).
The Class of 2019 features two Mid-American Conference Players of the Year, two MAC individual champions, one All-America selection and four Michigan natives.
