KALAMAZOO, Mich. – With the college hockey season ending this past weekend, the final USCHO and USA Hockey/The Rink Live polls were released this afternoon. Western Michigan concluded the season ranked among the nation's best.
In both the USCHO and USA Hockey/The Rink Live polls, the Broncos came in at No. 14. Western Michigan was ranked the entire season and has been featured in every top-20 poll since October of 2021.
The Brown and Gold ended the season with a 21-16-1 record and made a third consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.
