TUSCON, Ariz. – The Western Michigan women's tennis team wrapped up its Spring Break trip out at the University of Arizona, falling to Nevada, 4-1, on Sunday afternoon.
DOUBLES
WMU's pair of and earned a 6-2 win at No. 1 doubles to give the Broncos (9-4) an early advantage. After Nevada earned a 6-2 win at No. 3, the doubles point came down to the battle at No. 2 between Western Michigan's and and UN's Lea Cakarevic and Marlene Foerster. The two teams battled to a 4-4 tie before the Wolf Pack won the final two sets to claim the doubles point.
