ATHENS, Ohio – The Western Michigan volleyball team fell at Ohio, 3-0 (9-25, 23-25, 23-25) in front of 2,353 at the Convocation Center on Saturday night.
WMU (8-15, 3-7 MAC) was held to a .034 hitting percentage by the Bobcats. Senior Alysia Baznik led the team with six kills and also finished with 12 digs on the night. Mary Murphy finished with 21 assists, while freshman Kathleen Reilly turned in a team-best 13 digs.
OU jumped out to a big 8-3 lead to start the first set and the Broncos never recovered, eventually falling 25-9.
