led the Broncos (10-15, 6-8 MAC) with 20 points on 7-of-16 shooting and seven rebounds. WMU was held to 28.6 percent from the field (16-for-56) and were out-rebounded 47-30. CMU freshman guard Madi Morison led all scorers with 26 points.
Western Michigan got out to a 6-4 lead early in the first quarter but it was erased by a Morrison three-pointer. then took the lead back with a layup with 6:09 left in the opening quarter, but it was the last lead that the Broncos would hold.
