Broncos Fall in Five Sets at Kent State

KENT, Ohio – The Western Michigan volleyball team dropped a tough road match at Kent State, 3-2 (21-25, 25-23, 20-25, 28-26, 10-15) on Friday night.

Four different Broncos recorded double-digit kills, with junior Olivia Kofie leading the way with 19. Nicole Kinser kept her hot streak up, notching 15 kills with a .438 hitting percentage. Bailey Schnell finished with 13, while junior Sydney LeMay totaled 12. Sophomore setter Mary Murphy had a career-high 62 assists, while freshman libero Kathleen Reilly also marked a new career high after recording 28 digs.
