BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Western Michigan women's basketball team fell on the road this evening at the hands of Bowling Green (9-7, 4-3 MAC) by a final score of 67-51. The loss is just the second for the Broncos in MAC play this season.
WMU (10-5, 4-2 MAC) played well in stretches inside the Stroh Center, and won the final two quarters 34-28. The Falcon offense, which leads the Mid-American Conference in field goal percentage both inside and outside the arc, pushed BGSU out in front in the opening half of play, which proved to be the difference in the game.
