KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team improved to 8-0 in Mid-American Conference play with just one match to go after a 5-2 win at Sorensen Courts over Toledo on Sunday afternoon.
The Broncos earned the doubles point after going 2-1. Freshman Joaquin Caballer and junior Peter Kuszynski made quick work of UT's Wojciech Szczesny and Krzysztof Wetoszka, winning 6-1 at No. 3. The Rockets battled back with a win at No. 1 after Adam Kovac and Thawin Suksathaporn defeated Jannik Opitz and Zac Faveri, 6-3.
