Broncos Blank St. Lawrence To Complete Series Sweep

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan hockey team completed a sweep of St. Lawrence by earning a 4-0 shutout on Saturday night at Lawson Arena.

Dylan Wendt, Tim Washe, Owen Michaels and Sam Colangelo netted goals for the Broncos, while Cameron Rowe collected his second shutout of the season with 30 saves.

FIRST PERIOD
WMU was able to earn a power play in the opening minutes of the game and took full advantage of the opportunity. Late in the man advantage, Samuel Sjolund and Alex Bump found shots on net, and the puck would eventually find the stick of Wendt.
