BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team went on the road to Mid-American Conference leaders Buffalo and battled the Bulls to a 1-1 draw on Sunday afternoon.
The Broncos (2-4-5, 2-0-2 MAC) jumped on the Bulls early, scoring in the 16th minute. Emily Pagett pressured a UB defender as Buffalo was trying to play out of the back. The defender tried to send the ball forward, but Pagett deflected it right to Reagan Wisser. Wisser volleyed a shot that slowly looped into the top-left corner of the net for her team-leading fourth goal of the season.
