AKRON, Ohio – The Western Michigan men's soccer team earned its third clean sheet of the season as the Broncos battled Akron to a 0-0 tie on the road on Wednesday night.
WMU outshot UA 11-10 overall, while the Zips had a 4-3 advantage in shots on goal. Redshirt sophomore goalkeeper made four saves on the day for the Broncos. The tie keeps WMU in the hunt for the Mid-American Conference regular season title and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
