On March 19, Bulldog Nation traded in their standby red and white for brown and gold, as Western Michigan University men’s lacrosse team would be hosting collegiate rival Central Michigan University on Vicksburg High’s field in an attempt to exact revenge for their season-ending 11-10 overtime loss last season in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
After just two quarters of play, the Broncos had already capitalized on last year’s performance by tallying 11 goals. That was just the beginning of their 23-3 throttling victory over the Chips.
