KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan hockey team is ranked in at least one national poll for the fourth consecutive week after coming in at No. 18 in the U.S. College Hockey Online poll released on Monday.
The Broncos earned two points in their National Collegiate Hockey Conference series with No. 17 St. Cloud State over the weekend after a 3-0 loss and a 5-5 tie and shootout win. WMU also received 33 points in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll, placing 17th unofficially.
Western Michigan wraps up NCHC play for the 2016 portion of the season at rivals North Dakota on Friday and Saturday.
