Bronco hockey explodes offensively against Bowling Green

Friday night the Broncos got out of the gate late and were down 2-0 early in the first period, before fighting back in the third to tie the game at four.

The Broncos got back into the game on two goals by sophomore forward Colt Conrad and a key power play goal pushed through by freshman forward Wade Allison. With the game knotted at four, the teams went to overtime where Allison scored, but because it was a non-conference game, it did not count for the record or for the stats. The Broncos would “win” 5-4.

At Lawson Arena on Saturday the Broncos continued where they left off Friday night with an early power play goal by junior defenseman Scott Moldenhauer.
