Despite all of the continued success, in the weekly press conference held for the football team, head coach P.J. Fleck assured their fans that he and the rest of the WMU football team aren’t stopping at six wins.
“Six wins isn’t our goal. It’s a goal, but it’s not our vision,” Fleck said, downplaying the mass appeal that a so far undefeated record has brought to the WMU football program.
This Bronco football team has been adamant in its handling of winning. While they do take time to celebrate how far they have come, they realize that if you spend too much time celebrating accomplishments, you lose focus on generating more success.
