KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Former Western Michigan right-hander Brady Miller has signed a contract with the Chicago Dogs of the American Association, an official MLB Partner League. With his signing, Miller becomes the second Bronco to join the professional ranks this year, after fellow righty Luke Thelen was drafted by the Colorado Rockies earlier this week.
A native of Plainfield, Ill., Miller was a fixture in Western Michigan's weekend rotation throughout his time in Kalamazoo. He announced his arrival with a stellar freshman season in 2019, as he went 5-2 with a 3.
