KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan baseball team has a busy week to look forward to, with two midweek nonconference games beginning with No. 24 Michigan State and ending with a trip to Oakland.
First the Broncos (15-27, 8-10 MAC) will battle Michigan State (31-12, 11-6 B1G) on Tuesday, May 10 with game time scheduled for 3 p.m. The nationally-ranked Spartans needed a walkoff single to beat the Broncos 6-5 three weeks ago in East Lansing, Mich. MSU comes in with the No. 3 ranked team in ERA and the No. 35 ranked team in batting average.
