KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan baseball head coach Billy Gernon announced on Wednesday that former Bronco pitcher Pat Misch will be the keynote speaker for the ninth annual WMU Baseball Leadoff Dinner on Sunday, Feb. 10.
Rich Donnelly, who spent 34 seasons as a third base coach in the MLB was expected to be the keynote speaker before being hired by the New York Mets as its Director of Major League Operations & Co-Coordinator of the Mets Spring Training.
Newly named keynote speaker Pat Misch played for the Broncos from 2000-2003 and spent six seasons in the MLB with the San Francisco Giants and New York Mets.
