KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan baseball team will host cross-state rival Eastern Michigan this weekend in a three-game series of Mid-American Conference (MAC) action. The teams will battle at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 22 and at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 23 and Sunday, April 24.
The Broncos come into the weekend at 9-24 overall and 2-7 in the MAC and are fresh off a tough loss at No. 23 Michigan State in a game that ended in a walkoff. The Eagles enter at 13-20 overall and 5-4 in the MAC and are coming off a series where Kent State took all three games in Ypsilanti, Mich.
